History
The Buy Social Taskforce Denmark originated from the conference held in Copenhagen on December 2021 by Spacious Restart, KAB, Kooperationen, Social Entrepreneurs in Denmark, and Konsulenthuset for Socialeconomy. The conference focused on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and value chains to foster partnerships and collaborations between social and private enterprises. The task force brings together various actors in the Danish social economy field. The emphasis was on cooperation among the private, public, and social economy sectors and strengthening social procurement (Buy Social). Further, explore the development of the market for socially responsible products and services. The initiative “Buy Social Taskforce Denmark” was established under the project Spacious Restart/Projects in the middle.
